YOUR PEOPLE. YOUR BUSINESS.
Privacy, plainly.
You can use these games and tools without an account. Optional measurement stays off until you choose it.
Updated October 17, 2026. This notice covers the new SILLY.COM homepage, Odd One In, Tiny Missions, Silly Teams, Mission Mixer, and its printable kit. Older applications elsewhere on this domain may have different practices.
Names and personal inputs
Silly Teams and Mission Mixer process names and results in the page’s memory on your device. It does not upload them or put them in cookies, local storage or URLs. Clearing the form, reloading or closing the page removes the tool’s copy. Your browser, clipboard, printer and extensions may have their own behavior. Nicknames or participant numbers work too.
Games and sharing
Odd One In keeps the current round and score in page memory. Tiny Missions shares only a public prompt and a link containing its mission code. There is no upload, public user feed or account profile. Mission Mixer keeps entered names, teams and timer state in page memory. Its printout omits names unless you choose to include them. The downloadable host kit contains fixed original content, never your group’s inputs. Copying, printing and sharing happen when you ask for them.
Optional usage counts
Allow counts sends only predefined actions such as opening an experience, completing a game, generating teams or copying results to our own server. It does not send names, answers, mission text, referrers, visitor IDs, advertising IDs or device fingerprints. Server totals are grouped by UTC day and action. Active counters use a rolling 35-day window, pruning older totals when a new count is recorded. Private operating reports and recovery backups may retain earlier aggregate snapshots. Counts are not unique people or sessions and may include unrecognized automated requests.
Your yes/no choice is saved in this browser’s local storage so you do not have to answer on every page. If storage is unavailable, measurement stays off. Changing to No thanks stops future action counts; past aggregate totals cannot be associated with you or selectively removed. The small choice record stays until you change it or clear browser storage.
Ordinary web delivery
The hosting provider receives normal request information, including IP address and requested URL, to deliver and protect the site. Those ordinary server logs are separate from our input-free usage totals. We do not claim that browsing is invisible to your network or hosting provider.
No advertising or payments in these experiences
These pages currently load no third-party advertising, tracking fonts or payment services. If that changes, this notice and the relevant controls will be updated before those services are activated. We do not sell personal tool inputs.
Scope and requests
This notice describes the new experiences listed above. It does not replace the privacy practices of legacy WordPress, chat or other older applications on silly.com. For a privacy request, use the site owner’s existing contact channel and identify the relevant experience. The new tools do not collect a contact address or maintain user accounts.
Keeping project tests out of audience counts
Browser automation that identifies itself, declared project QA, and recognizable bots or command-line tools are excluded from the new audience counters. Staging uses separate storage. Remaining counts are opted-in actions, not verified people, unique visitors, or proof of human traffic. A downloaded PDF count records a click, not a completed download or a purchase. We do not use browser fingerprints or cross-site identifiers.
